SaaS B2B Payroll HR
My primary focus was on marketing and branding. I worked with developers on the web and mobile applications. I designed UX/UI elements for the front-end, back-end, and landing pages.
To market Netchex I created websites, whitepapers, social media and email campaigns, commercials, help plan conventions and create community interest through charity work. I worked with the sales team and other departments to sell the company by creating helpful informational videos on how to use the product and create selling points for new features of the applications.

Created in 2012 to accompany the web application, the iPhone and iPad app was designed for employees and businesses that needed Payroll and HR management solutions. I lead the initial design of the app focusing on functionality and ease of use. With feedback from our clients, we were able to design a sleek and modern app completely integrated into our applications database. Which, allowed managers and employees to communicate with their data seamlessly anywhere.

NETCONNECT CONFERENCE
NETCONNECT CONFERENCE
Netconnect is an annual conference held for members of the Netchex family, clients, and sales associates for a day to showcase new innovations and releases. Ends with a private concert by a local New Orleans music act. Partnered with clients, hotels, and event spaces to build an experience. Ran large presentations with guest speakers, the CEO, and other coworkers on new releases. Designing all elements of the experience, website to sign up, badges, class material, powerpoints, interview booths, lobby and event signage, swag bags, and company-event merchandise. I booked the acts and speakers and arranged for their accommodations.
