Buddies is a fast-growing brand specializing in cannabis oil extracts, softgels, vapes, edibles, lotions, prerolls, and concentrates. I was contracted to build a marketing plan for Caliente/Buddies and several companies under its main brand name.

Managed the rebranding strategies for multiple brand lines in several states. Updating the packaging, hardware, and delivery systems for new and existing lines.
